Economics of Food and Agriculture

Researchers with a focus in food and agriculture apply economic principles, data analytics, and modeling to important questions related to food and agriculture. Research by faculty in this group informs policy and management issues related to farms, markets and consumers. Their work helps firms and people in the food system to thrive, and advances strategies for sustainable food and agriculture production.
