Before joining OSU, Roberto graduated from the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) and earned his master’s degree in Forest Economics at Mississippi State University. During his undergraduate studies, he researched regional economics and drivers for economic growth and income convergence. His master’s thesis focused on assessing the potential impacts of climate change on industrial forests in Midwestern Brazil.
