Each of my projects builds on the economic theory underlying consumer behavior and residential location choice, and incorporates both methodological and policy improvements on the current literature. In my dissertation, I use a variety of econometric methods to measure the role of time-varying environmental attributes and spatial scale on the welfare of home buyers. Advisor: H.
