Dathel Nimmons

39-year, Agribusiness Supply Chain Industry Executive, working for Cargill, ConAgra, JBS and Bob Evans.  Currently, I am co-owner, with my husband, of Protein Sales Specialist, an international and domestic protein trading company.  I have a farm in Colorado where I raise silage for feedlots that support the JBS and Cargill Meat Solutions plants and I own a commercial Angus herd with my sister in Kentucky. Additionally, I continue to consult with private equity firm, Kaho Partners,  and am partners in R&R Investments.  In my spare time I play golf, cycle, travel and serve on the Urbana Country Club board.
