Bernie Erven

Dr. Erven has degrees from Ohio State and the University of Wisconsin.  His areas of expertise are human resource management in small businesses and family business relations.  He continues to participate in labor and management conferences and workshops for small businesses, mostly farms and ranches.  He also consults with farm families on business succession, labor management, hiring, communication and organizational structure.
