Biography:

Adam Frumkin is a results-driven leader with experience in developing, directing, and executing business transformation and strategies. He has an established record collaborating with other executives to bring clarity to strategic business decisions and implementing technology to transform and simplify business processes.

Mr. Frumkin was named as the Council Chair to the PTI Executive Committee of the City/County CIO Leadership Council and Vice President of the Ohio City/County Information Technology Association. He serves on the Advisory Board for the GovTech Ohio Virtual Digital Government Summit.

Mr. Frumkin is working on local projects fostering relationships as part of the steering committees for the Franklin County Digital Equity Coalition, a public/private partnership, and the Real Time Crime Information Center (RTCIC) in combination with the City of Columbus and Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. –“A Technology Public-Private Partnership to Enhance Public Safety”

He has focused experience in strategic planning and implementation, cultural organizational development and emotional intelligence, process reengineering, enterprise system implementations and disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Mr. Frumkin is an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University, and for the PTI Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) with accreditation through Rutgers University.
