[DENVER] The Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA) annual meeting was held July 27 – 29, 2025 in Denver, Colorado, and several faculty members and PhD students from the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics were on the agenda to present papers showcasing their research.

Wuyang Hu, Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies, Allen Klaiber, Professor, and Jared Grant, Assistant Professor, each had papers presented by co-authors. Dr. Grant is also serving as Secretary/Treasurer of COSBAE.
In addition, several other faculty members attended and worked at the meeting including Elena Irwin, Margaret Jodlowski (Past Chair of the Agricultural Finance and Management Section), Ani Katchova, Gabe Lade, Mario Miranda, Ian Sheldon, and Yao Wang.
