(Economic Outlook and Policy Series) More than a wage

This webinar will feature Assistant Professor Margaret Jodlowski, who will cover recent research on how workers respond to different attributes of a job. Wage, of course, is the primary attribute of interest for both workers and firms, but increasing attention is now being given to how workers value other attributes, such as the flexibility of hours, the availability of shorter shifts, or the possibility of remote work. Implications for agricultural and agribusiness employers will be discussed throughout the talk.

Target audience: Students, faculty, staff, extension professionals and community members
