Survey of methods as applied in econometric analysis, with applications to programming in R. Topics include data management and visualization, linear regression, causal inference, fixed/random effects, nonparametric analysis, and nonlinear models. Prereq: 4400 or 5410 or Stat 2450, and Math 2568 or equiv.; or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for 8731, 8732, or 8733.
