Frontiers in Regional Economics

This course is designed to acquaint you to the frontiers in regional, urban, spatial and rural economics as well as historical background of current research. We will gain an understanding of the key models that describe regional and urban economics. We will then explore key empirical approaches that underlie regional and urban economics.
Prereq: 7140, Econ 8714, and 8732; or permission of instructor.
