Internships

Agribusiness internships provide students with practical, real-world experiences and prepare students for employment after graduation.

  • Formal internship: Engage in a structured program designed by the employer.
  • Self-employment: Generate more than $3,000 in gross income within a calendar year, plus creating a formal business plan.
  • Full-time summer employment: Requires a monthly narrative for your advisor focusing on a management function or special project.
  • Family business: Assuming specific management responsibilities and creating a business plan.
  • Part-time employment: Work with the same employer for six months (minimum 10 hours/week) while providing a monthly narrative.
