The seminar will focus on research conducted by Southgate for a book on the same topic that will be published in 2013 by the University of Pennsylvania Press.
The seminar will be held in Room 119 of Ruttan Hall at the University of Minnesota, which is located at 1994 Buford Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55108.
