Agricultural Policy and Outlook Conference Series

About the Series

The Ohio State University Agricultural Policy and Outlook Conference Series is organized yearly by AEDE. The conferences feature a series of meetings updating Ohio communities on policy changes, key issues, and market behavior with respect to farm, food, energy resources, and the environment.

The series kicks off with a preview meeting at the Ohio State campus in Columbus, which is hosted by the Dean of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences.

2014-2015 Dean's Preview Meeting - Monday, December 1, 2014

On Monday, December 1, 2014, Ohio State University's College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences will kick off its 2014-2015 Agricultural Policy and Outlook Conference Series with a special invitation-only preview meeting hosted by Bruce A. McPheron, Vice President for Agricultural Administration and Dean of the College.

The preview meeting will be held at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center, which is located at 2201 Fred Taylor Drive, Columbus.

The event will feature presentations and Q and A with experts from AEDE, who will discuss issues the food and agricultural community should expect in 2015. The event will focus on policy changes, as well as market behavior, with respect to farm, food, energy resources and the environment.

The Dean's preview event will kick off a series of county meetings to be held statewide. More information on these meetings can be found here.
