Her primary research interests focus on the causes and consequences of growth in local communities and regions, including changes in land use patterns in exurban and rural areas and the influence of public services, landscape amenities, and other factors on residential location decisions.
Greg Davis, Associate Extension Professor Davis is charged with the design and delivery of outreach programs that quantitatively and qualitatively describe community economic conditions. Current work involves managing the Ohio Business Retention & Expansion Initiative - a collaborative community economic development program developed by the departments of AED Economics and OSU Extension, and work in Retail Market Analysis and Economic Impact Analysis
