About the Series

The annual Ohio State University Agricultural Policy and Outlook Dean's Preview Meeting is organized by AEDE and features updates on policy changes, key issues, and market behavior with respect to farm, food, energy resources, and the environment. 

2016-2017 Dean's Preview Meeting - Dec 1, 2016

On Thursday, December 1, 2016, Lonnie King, Interim Vice President for Agricultural Administration and Dean of The Ohio State University's College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, will host a special invitation-only 2016-2017 Agricultural Policy and Outlook Preview Meeting.

The event will be held at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center, which is located at 2201 Fred Taylor Drive, Columbus. The program features presentations and Q and A with experts from AEDE, who will discuss issues the food and agricultural community should expect in 2017. Discussions will focus on policy changes, as well as market behavior, with respect to farm, food, energy resources and the environment.

The Dean's preview event will kick off a series of county meetings to be held statewide. More information on these meetings can be found here.
