The following information is provided to assist you in understanding the MILC 2008 program, calculating production and payment levels, and finding the appropriate forms. All producers desiring to participate in the MILC 2008 program as authorized by the 2008 Food, Conservation and Energy Act 2008 should contact their county Farm Services Agency for assistance. There is a MILC 2008 version of the production and payment calculator available below. There are both Microsoft Excel 2007 workbook and Excel 2003 workbook.
