BEACH: =1 if respondent visited any beach in the last year, =2 otherwise
PFP: =1 if household has a pass tp Fort Phoenix, =0 otherwise
X: Trips to Fort Phoenix Beach in 1986 (in New Bedford, MA)
RES: =1 if the respondent resides in the Greater New Bedford area.
AGE: Age of the respondent
INC: Household income in $10,000 units.
C1: Round-trip travel costs plus monetary value of time to nearest substitute beach.
CFP: Round-trip travel costs plus monetary value of time to Fort Phoenix Beach.
C2: Round-trip travel costs plus monetary value of time to next nearest substitute beach.
