It came out of collaborations with the OSU Extension Direct Marketing Team and the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Colleagues from both groups are collaborating on much of this research. Work is ongoing with first results expected early fall 2007. Specific subprojects include:Consumer Intercept Study. We visited with consumers in grocery stores of all kinds, farmers' markets, and farm markets across Ohio in July 2007. The question: what's "an Ohio brand" worth to you when you buy food?
