Biographical Info

Joan has been with the Department since 1996. She is the Business and Administrative Manager for the Department. She advises the Chair, faculty, and staff on budgetary and human resource issues, manages OSURF projects, supervises staff, and assists the Chair with key projects. Prior to moving to the Business office, Joan spent almost four years as the Administrative Manager for the Department 's Rural Finance Program.
