Biographical Info

Rask was born June 26, 1933, Duanesburg New York and raised on a dairy farm in Eastern New York. He is married (Martha), four children. He has lived for three and one-half years in Brazil and speaks portuguese. Rask has consulted extensively with major international organizations in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
