Meyer is a Professor Emeritus and Senior Research Specialist. Also he is the Former Director of the Rural Finance Program; Former Director of International Development for OSU. Dr. Meyer led research projects in several developing countries. Published Rural Financial Markets in Asia: Policies, Paradigms, and Performance, Oxford University Press, 2000.
